1. Use of Services & Customer Responsibility

MaaTech Analytics provides data extraction, web scraping, custom REST/GraphQL API development, and data warehousing. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their data request parameters (including targeted websites, scrape frequencies, and structural depth) comply with applicable regional laws, copyright regulations, and the targeted platforms' robots.txt configurations.

2. Ethical Data Extraction SLA

We adhere to a strict ethical data extraction standard. We do not support, build, or deploy crawling infrastructure designed to:

• DDoS target servers, bypass rate limits excessively, or degrade third-party site performances.
• Harvest private, password-protected, or copyrighted user content without appropriate written authorization.
• Collect personal identifying information (PII) in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or regional privacy regulations.

All scraper requests are evaluated for compliance before extraction triggers. We reserve the right to cancel any crawl that violates these parameters.

3. Billing, Deliveries & Cancellations

Custom project fees, dataset deliveries, and subscription terms are outlined in the specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed per-project. Payments are due in accordance with the invoiced schedules. Unless otherwise stated, all custom extraction setups, once delivered and validated against the agreed schema, are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MaaTech Analytics, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for any damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our data extraction services, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India for the resolution of any legal disputes.
